Aloha!!

 A few weeks ago Casey's whole family, all 26 of us flew out to Maui for a week.   The weather was beautiful, and we had such a good time. Lane was a lot more into the water this time, Teegin too.

 We stayed in some condos across the street from the Grand Wahalea.

 We finally got Lane to go down the slide,and he ended up loving it!

 One of the days, Casey and I snuck away to go on a helicopter ride over to tour the island. I was kind of nervous at first, but it wasn't bad at all.

There was a rope swing at the pool that the boys loved! I have a ton more pictures,but just decided on a few to post. We had such a good time.

My Big 1 Year Old

 Wow time flies. By far this guys first year flew by the quickest. Its so sad, but so fun at the same time. I have loved watching his little personality start to develop and come out. Brooksie Boy is such a funny little guy. He is definitely a busy body. He has been walking for about 2 months now and is constantly on the go.  
      His favorite things at the moment: pulling everything he can out of he cupboards. Loves pots and pans and making noise with them by banging them on the ground or into each other. Loves Tupperware and bowls. Loves the fridge and pulling out the chocolate syrup or lemon juice and just walking around with it.  
   I cant do the dishes with him around, the second he hears the dishwasher open he is instantly over there pulling the silverware out out, or climbing on the door.
    He is a little beggar, I cant eat in peace with him around, he sees someone eating he walks right over to you and and yells at you till you give him a bite. He has a sweet tooth already....I blame Casey.
   Loves, Loves to play  in the shower. If someone is in there showering he is constantly trying to climb in there clothes or no clothes.
   Likes to throw stuff off the couch, remotes, phones, whatever he gets his hands on.
   Hes not a huge Binky kid. I don't know how I feel about this, those things are my saving grace, but may be nice when it comes to break him of one.

    We sure adore this little guy and couldn't imagine our lives without him. Happy Birthday Buddy.

10 months

 Brooksie is getting so big. This little guy is becoming very mobile, and is extremely busy. He has a lot of things he need to get done and he is so curious about everything.

 He is the squishiest little guy. Such a sweetheart and happy guy.  He takes 2 naps a day, his 2nd nap he kind of fights me about. but he definitely needs it. 

 He is for sure my biggest baby. At 10m he weighs 21 lbs, 5oz. 30in.   My other two at the age of 1 were only 18 lbs.  Its funny putting him in clothes that Teegin and Lane wore and remembering them being a few months older-walking in these clothes, and them fitting Brooks right now.

 This is one of his hobbies, while Im trying to make dinner Ill just open the fridge and he'll play in there forever. Pulling things out and then putting them back in.

He is getting close to walking which I am actually kind of sad about. He is growing up way too fast. I guess hes just trying to keep up with his brothers. His hair is starting to get really curly, he has the bluest eyes ever, and has 6 teeth right now. He has become a little beggar, I can never just eat my meals in peace. If he sees me eating he will crawl right over to me and beg for a bite. 

Halloween festivities!

 To start off, Teegin had his birthday, turned the big 6. Didn't have a big party, but went to dinner with all 13 cousins and then came to out house for brownies and ice cream, Teegin specifically told me he did not like cake.   After all the presents were opened we told him he had one more surprise in his room.     What he found was a pet lizard, just for him. He was in heaven, named him Lizzy....

 Of course our annual trip to the pumpkin patch, Always a good time there running through the hay barrels. (Don't mind the guy in the background, that's just Humbolt for you. Yes this is where I live

 Then we had to carve them.

 A bunch of couples in our ward had a Halloween get together. We did one of those murder mystery dinners. It was a lot of fun. It was based on a murder mystery from the 1920's in Chicago. My character was a journalist named Scoop. 

 Then Halloween night.   Baby Hulk. He wouldn't keep the hat on.

 My superheros. I wanted to be a little more original with the costumes, but my boys are all about the muscles and sixpacs.

 Most of the cousins, missing 3. But what a cute little bunch huh??

Trick-or-treating was a good time. The kids loved this house. Sooo cute. I was so glad the rain held off for a few hours. It poured all day long until the evening.

Happy Birthday Buddy! 6yrs

Where do I begin with this kid. I am not one to brag about my kids, its one of my biggest pet peeves when moms do that, but for his birthday its more than acceptable.
      Teegin is definitely one of a kind. He is as stubborn as they come, hard headed and determined.  He is going to work at something till he is good at it. He is very athletic. Loves baseball the most, but has played soccer this year and hopefully basketball this coming year.  Has a very competitive side to him, which drives me nuts, but may be a good thing some day.  Loves to flex his muscles, and dreams of having a sixpack some day.
      This kid is very bright. Has the craziest memory ever. Is a know-it-all, and smartalic. He really enjoys school, I think math is going to be his favorite subject. He loves to just sit and write his numbers. Science always interests him too. He Loves the solar system and all that space stuff. He knows all about all the planets, the moon and the sun
     He is an awesome eater. Loves sushi, most seafood, mainly shrimp. Isn't a big dessert guy, especially cake. Couldn't tell by looking at him, but he eats a lot.
    This kid has way too much energy. Loves to be outside riding his bike or catching some sort of creature. Grasshoppers are his favorite.
    He would be embarrassed if I told about this, but he is a pretty musical little guy. He has always liked music, and learned the words to songs easily. He sings ALLLL the time. Likes getting on my phone and listening to the music I have downloaded. His two favorite songs right now are "You don't know your beautiful" and Justin Beibers "If I was your Girlfriend"   It is hilarious to listen to him sing these songs, he knows all the words.   If he wasn't such a BOY, I would be a little worried that he may join a boy band. :()
     Teegin, you definitely try my patience, but we wouldn't change you for the world. You are a special kid and have so much in your future. We are so lucky to have you in our family!!
   

My Boys

  A few months back Casey took the boys one day to a mini photoshoot, which later made the cutest DVD for me with these picture and music for our anniversary.   I LOVED all of the pictures and picked a few. I have finally gotten around to getting them developed, some blown up and amd going to make canvases with them. Finally I will have a picture of Brooks in our house. I know he is almost 8 months. I have been a slacker.
   Its funny how by your third child the pictures are fewer and slower about getting them up. 

LOVE MY BOYS!!!!

7 months and we got a crawler.

 Brooksie Boy is now 7 months, holy moly!!   He is such a sweetheart. I could just eat him up. He gets mauled in kisses between Teegin, Casey, and I.   Lane well....
    This little guy has recently started crawling, he skipped the whole army crawl thing and went straight to the good part.  He also recently got good at sitting up; took him a while. I blame that big gut that kinda gets in the way.
   Now I need to watch whats on the floor at all times, choking hazards.  I guess its a good excuse to go through the toy box and throw away the broken toys and small things. I dont even know whats in there.

At 7 months Brooks is taking 2-3 naps a day. Sometimes he doesn't want to go to sleep for that 3rd nap.   He sleeps all night 8-7ish. 
Sits, Rolls, and crawls.
Eats 4 bottles a day every 3 1/2 to 4 hours, also eating the baby food, which is enjoying more these days. It took him a little while to eat it without spitting it all out.
