Oh Teegs

SUPERCROSS

 This past weekend Casey and I flew out to L.A. to visit our friends Dave and Nat. Of course the main reason we went out there was to watch the opening of Supercross.

 I don't exactly enjoy watching motorcycles go around and around and around; but being there and watching it live I actually really enjoyed it and I got into. There were lots of fireworks; some gnarly wrecks, and it was sooo loud.

Snow!!

 We didn't actually have a white Christmas. It started snowing Wed and didn't stop till the next day.  Teegs asked me a million times if he could go out and play in it.   Everyday the minute he woke up he was asking if he could go play in it.

                       He couldn't get enough of it.

                               We even made a snowman. That fell over 20 min later, but it was fun while it lasted.

     One of the days, I went skiing with my brothers Chad and Brandon, and Brandons wife Cami.  I havn't skiied in years, and my legs were burning the whole way down, but we had a really good time.  The boys stuck together and the boys went off and did their thing.

Christmas Time

 This year we spent Christmas in Utah with my family.  So Santa came a little early to our house.  Teegs' Pa got him a gun that actually shoots little pellets.  This is Teegs shooting our sweet buck on the wall.

                             Lano was kind of into the opening of gifts this year, but doesn't quite got it yet.

 It is always so fun to have the WHOLE fam together. I sure miss them, we always have such a good time togther.  My brothers make me laugh harder than anyone. we have so many inside jokes together, its always a good time.

Lately

 I figured, I have not blogged in a while so i just posted some random pictures of some things we have been doing lately.   A few weeks ago we went to visit Santa.  This is Teegs and his two cousins Connor and Lukey.   I don't know what he told santa what he wanted for Christmas, but I can take one guess.

 Soem of Teegins friends at a birthday party.  It is so fun to get together with everyone. There are so many kids all close to the same age.  It gets a little nuts most of the time, but its still always a good time.

This one is too.   I cant' beleive Christmas is here already. We are so excited to fly out to Utah and spend it with my family. It just doesn't feel like Christmas without snow, I HOPE its a white Christmas.

Let it Snow, Let it snow, let it snow

 We decided to get all bundled up and drive up to the snow. I was shocked at how much there already was. I don't ever remember it ever being that deep this early in the year. It was nice because we didn't have to drive far.    Lane wasn't too fond of it,his poor little lips were chattering the second we got out of the car.

Teegs on the other hand couldn't get enough of it. I wish we would've brought up some sleds. He was rolling around in it, eating it, throwing snowballs.

 
 Lane and I sat in the car most of the time while Casey tried to get us unstuck.

Isn't snow so beautiful. I love when the green tree are just completely covered in snow. It makes everything so bright and fresh looking.   This definitely got me in the spirit for Christmas.

Neighborhood

 Teegin and cousin Bailee cruisn' in her little bug. I have enjoyed living in this neighborhood so much. Even more lately now that teegin is older and plays better with other kids. Any time the sun is out, or just not raining all the kids come out to play, there are 12 kids just in our coldesac, and recently another family/friend has moved in down the block with 2 more kids.

 Every Tuesday afternoon the ice cream truck would come through out neighborhood playing its music. All the kids are gathered around with money in their hands. Its so funny to see.  I wish i would have got a picture of it.

 Between all the families there are 3 motorized cars driving around, scooters, bikes, and wagons. I just remember growing up in a neighborhood with tonz and tonz of kids. It was sooo much fun. Always something going on, someone to play with. Its been so much fun for us livivng over here.

Its also nice, that all of us parents are good friends, and know eachothers kids so well that I don't have to worry about teegin going into any of their houses.
