4 Years

I have survived another year here in Mckinleyville. 4years and 2 kids later, here we are. Today is our 4 year anniversary. I will admit we have definitely had our ups and downs the past 4 years, but we always seem to make it through. Its a good feeling knowing you've always got someone to go through the hard times with. Who knows what the next year will bring, but it will be our journey together. Love ya Casey

PRESENTING...

Lane Milton Jones July 2nd, 2009 6lbs. 10oz, 20in. Our little man decided to come a few days early. After my sister-in-laws forced castro oil down me, I went into labor 3 hours later. I guess that stuff really works. Labor wasn't too bad after I got my epideral. I pushed muched longer with this guy, he decided to come out posterior or sunnyside up, hence the lopsided head, which did eventually go down.

Teegin is obsessed with this his new litte bro and couldn't stop smiling

NAMES.....

So, I am still unsure of this little guys name. He is going to be here any day. I heard a name 2 days ago that I thought was cute. Today in church I was really thinking about it, and I am really liking it more than the other 2 I had picked out. And Casey likes it-wow thats shocking. I am not going to tell what it is because I know someone will shoot their opinion and change my mind. Its of course not for sure though. I thought I'd just give everyone a heads up just in case we end up naming him a name we never mentioned, I know how bugged I am when others do that. I know I am making this harder than it needs to be, but its a big deal to me, this is what he will be called the rest of his life.

3 WEEKS......or Less

I am axactly 37 weeks today. I went to the dr. this morning and it doesnt look like it is going to be less than 3 weeks. He said there is nothing happening yet. I may have to try some of these home remedies that everyone always claim that work. But actually I am getting really nervous, first of all to go into labor again, but most of all to have another kid. I feel like I have been out of the baby stage for a while, and I'm nervous to do it agian. To not get a good nights rest for a while, nursing, not being able to just pick up and go somewhere when I want as easily. To have someone so dependent on me again. Teegs is mr. independent and doesnt want help with a thing. Its just a crazy thought that soon its not going to be just the 3 of us, we will have another member of the family. I am excited to get to know this little guy though, see if he looks like his big brother or has his own look. To see his personality come out, and most of all for Teegs to have a little brother he can goof around with.

Latest Obsessions

Teegs has been so into baseball lately. I dont really know why, Casey nor I ever watch it on tv or anything. But he loves hitting the ball off the tee and is getting pretty good at it. He wants to wear baseball shirts and his hat everyday. I kinda hope he continues to love the sport, I personally would rather him be more into that than motorcycles. Ever since we went to visit in Utah, Teegs Loves Iron Man. He watched it with my dad one day and would ask everyday to watch it again. My dad took him to the store one day to pick out a toy , and he picked out an ironman figure. My dad made us a copy of the movie, and Teegs still asks daily to watch it, he calls it Spiderman though. Its not the most kid friendly show though, so I kinda fast forward through a lot of it. This one isnt an obsession, just being a typical little boy. A couple weeks ago it was pouring rain one day. So Casey took Teegs out to find worms in the mud. He put them in his little bug cage. He actually found a bunch. I dont know how he touches those things, Disgusting!!!!

Water Slides

This past weekend a group of us went down to Redding. On Saturday the guys went to Sacramento to a motorcycle race, so us girls took the kids to the waterslides. We had such a good time, I LOVE the hot weather there!! Landen, Connor, and Teegin are all pretty close in age and makes it so fun to hang out together. They all love motorcyles and get along really well.

I hope we can make it back there again this summer. Next time we'll have a new baby, so we'll have to see.
